Subway - Rude manager

While in Subway, I witnessed a manager belittle an employee for no reason in front of several customers!.The young lady was doing an excellent job, as she had on the previous days I was there".

Come to find out the employee was new, still in her working there:. on that manager! I will no longer go into that store where that B works!!As for the young lady who served me, I certainly do hope you do not tolerate her treating you that way'. Subay Corp;.

will lose a great employee?. One that I began to look forward to seeing everyday on my break|.

Now I will have to travel out of my way/.I would love to have that sweet girl work for me anytime!

Honestly, I've had 6+ years experience working at Subway. If the employees working there don't maliciously treat you with ill mannored words or actions, it's the person you're working under that will abuse their power.

When it comes down to it, Subway is a very stressful environment with lots of emotionally harming situations. I feel there is a lot more drama and abuse people aren't aware of. I believe this story. Anyone who has worked for a franchisee probably could tell you lots of things. Mother or not of the reprimanded employee in the above scenerio, subway managers shouldn't get away with what they do.

Power goes straight to the head, or so they say.

wow..the man (object2that) was sharing his disapproval and then a kid (so_sad) makes those *** comments the two arent event in the same state. Object2that i hope the manager nor the young lady think you stoped going ot that store becasues of the new empploy to to long or didnt do a good job waitting on you when you did use to stop there. I hope they were told or know its becasues of the manager you stoped buy from that place.

You can bet your bottom dollar that the sweet girl had done something to get herself in trouble. How was she being belittled or could it be that you took something the wrong way. All in all you shouldn't have been paying attention to that anyway. Incidentally you made a belittling type comment about the employee in your post when you referred to her as a girl.
