Subway - Can't get order right!

Tried the drive thru during lunch; first off, they can't get the orders right @ 16 mile & Van *** Road so you have to repeat yourself five times.Secondly, they over cooked the *** out of the bread in the toaster; literally cut my lips on the hardened edges of the bread.

The turkey tasted like processed, bagged meat which was less than desirable. Not sure why I keep going back. Why is there so much variation between stores!?

I usually am ok with the service and food but lately, Subway keeps getting stingier on their ingredients and charge for overages on them.Wish they could actually offer a satisfying product without all the variations in their offering. 383f3e2
