I asked for an iced Tazo tea, but they informed me that they "don't make those here." They solved my solution by giving me a cup of ice and telling me to do it myself.It's putting a tea bag in hot water, then pouring it into a cup of ice.

I didn't realize I was overpaying for an iced tea to do it myself. The whole point of a service industry is to service the customer.
