Staples - netgear warrenty bad extended warrenty sucks

purchased netgear router worked about 5 months then started acting up i purchased the extended warrenty.staples said if i had any problems to bring it back and i could get new one.
wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RETURNED ROUTER TO STORE THE MANGER STATED THEY WOULD DO NOTHING THAT I HAD TO CONTACT EXTENDED WARRENTY COMPANY. CALLED EXTENDED WARRENTY THEY STATED I HAD TO CALL NETGEAR BECOUSE IT WAS STILL UNDER MANUFACTURE WARRENTY, I CALLED NETGEAR THEY SAID TO DO UPDATES AND THAT IF THAT DID NOT FIX IT THAT IF I CALLED THEM ABOUT THE ROUTER AGAIN THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR DIAGNOSTICS. WHY SHOULD I BE CHARGED FOR SOMETHING THAT IS STILL UNDER WARRENTY.
THE UPDATES DID NO GOOD.SO NOW I HAVE A JUNK ROUTER AND A EXTENDED WARRENTY THAT IS WORTHLESS. 30ec9da

call the staples warranty and tell them that you called netgear and that they will charge you to fix the problem.
