Microsoft return policy stated to return purchase to retail store that you bought from their product for a refund, so I drove to Marion, IN.were I got it from a week earlier and the girl informed me you can't return software that was opened, so I asked her how else could you find out how lame of a program it is if you don't install and try it ?

Last time I buy from Staple's.

Jon I have used every windows that Microsoft has ever produced and Windows 8 is by far the worst thing so far, jt js confusing .After a few minutes you just fill like pushing the power button to shut it down , it a lot like being in a giant forest and wondering if you will ever find your way out. 2f67827

In other posts I mentioned that I worked for Apple, but I also worked in the law feild. You cannot return open box software to ANY retail store. Please stop posting.

hahaha you're a ***. you can't return open software, movies, CD's, video games, etc. this is Microsoft's fault for not telling you the truth. don't blame Staples for your stupidity.

It is the Anti Piracy law dip. Every store follows it. If it is opened it is yours. Don't buy anything else that is considered a media item. They all fall under the law. EDUCATE yourself so next time you do not look like a ***.

All software from every store has a no return policy when it's opened. The only exception if it won't work you must get the same software. Microsoft does not believe in try before you buy. They are a poor company they need the money. (Read that with heavy sarcasm).
