Staples - Lousy customer service

I went to staples to buy a printer ink cartridge for my Lexmark 2580 all in one printer.I only needed a black cartridge but this store one carries a 2 pack color and black for a outrageous $60.00.I get it home and the printer wont read the black cartridge.I am in a hurry at a different location and I call to see if they can help me with my defective cartridge?.I told them I only had the cartridge no receipt with me and they state ,"Come on in we will take care of you/.So i go in and explain again to customer service what happened and he says," he will be right with me;."So he sends another young girl to help me and after waiting 15 minutes and explaining my situation 3 times I get," Sorry we cant help you without both ribbons and a receipt and then its up to a manager if they want to do it,.So I ask a clerk PAULO if the manager is in ??He says,"Nope Have a great day" and laughs at me ;.This made me want to report the incident/. This is not customer service this is just a waste of my time and not even a little bit helpful".Very Disappointing Out $60|.00 and defective cartridge What A Ripoff????????? 2f6c9ae
