went to the store on red lion today to print out some groupon vouchers.my memory card would not open so i asked a girl who worked there at a print and copy department to print it for me.that young lady should be fired cuz she refused to help me sending me back to self print and copy and she continued to chat with her friend who probably is working there too.i would never come back there!it was around 7pm.i hope ppl who work there read this and know whom im talking abt.u can not refuse a customer with help. 2f4fac7

chances are, this story is either fake or the employee was already helping a customer. a normal person would have asked for the manager if they were denied assistance.

You forgot to mention if you were rude. What people don't understand is the copy area isn't made for while you wait, if possible yes they will but if your rude they can do what they are supposed to and put you into the queue if you want the copy associate to do the job for you simply submit the file online for instore pickup.
Also what people don't realize is if it doesn't open on the computers in self serve 99% of the time it won't open on the computers behind the counter.
