Less than a month ago, I had Stanley Steemer clean my carpet.I let the technician know the carpet didn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly nor did it have the deodorizing scent throughout the house that I always pay for.
Soon after they left, I was contacted by customer service. They informed me they would provide a courtesy call at no charge. So I was happy, until today when the technicians showed up. The lead technician was rude and disrespectful to me.
He informed me that he did clean my carpet thoroughly and in so many words seemed pissed off they were back out having to clean my carpet for free. The lead technician drilled me for 30 minutes before they even started cleaning the carpet. He then informed me after all the times they have been coming out that I was now going to be charged for a room that they had always included in my past price, but now it would be extra cost!. So I asked him why after all this time he is just now saying I was suppose to be charged for the room/.
To me it seemed that he only mentioned this because they had to clean my carpet today at no charge.. Again today, the job was rushed?. The lead technician drilled me longer about why he was having to clean my carpet than he spent cleaning the carpet!. The didn't put slip notes down, they didn't lift the furniture or put down protectors like they normally do:.
The technicians left without even saying they were done".
I'M PISSED,.They have just lost a good customer. 3898acc
