I received a phone call claiming they had my husband on tape preauthorizing 898 dollars and that they would like to give me some discounts.I declined after thirty minutes of getting nowhere.

Explaining he would have never. We couldnt travel. We didn't do it. They refused to play the tape so I hung up thinking it was a scam!.

Two weeks later I saw a charge on my online bill statement of 1015 dollars'. I called Discover to dispute it and they gave me my money back;. A week after that the money was taken back out and according to discover i couldn't dispute it becasue they provided a voice tonality authentication receipt,. I am livid;.

They refuse to play me the tape?. He never did that|.

He wouldn't of;.How can they do this. 3060a3f

Oh my gosh!!1 When will they quit. Someone by the name of Danielle with CSA was able to help me. You need to call her and see what she can do for you 9549374062 she's a real gem maybe she can help you like she's helped others like myself. Hope she can do something.

This company has been known to scam and defraud individuals. I would contact the Casselberry, FL. police dept. fraud division and speak to a detective. The police dept. may have some suggestions on how to proceed. You may have the opportunity to proceed with felony charges against them. If not contact the FBI office in your area. They may be able to help with mail and bank fraud against this company. Persistence pays off as this company does everything in their power to wear you down.
