Beware. While anyone who works there can sign you up, they tell us only one person can take a cancellation and he's hard to find. We went to the center as the contract stated and hand delivered a cancellation notice, which an employee signed as proof of our delivery. We're told that the employee did not have the authority to accept the letter. When we tried to contact the owner he has become unavalible. Lucky that we put the monthly fee on a credit card so we were able to dispute it everytime they tried to put through a charge. Beware that even then, they keep trying and now want to go to collections. Be very careful of dealings with this company.
