Smart Style - worst place ever

I came in one day to get highlighs.The stylist discussed prices for my hair it would have costed 145$ 55 for the highlight process 35 for a toning process 45 dollars for her time to do it and 20$ for extra product.

Hum really ok remind u I can go to a pricey owned salon for that! Smart style is suppose to be a lower end of prices! I looked at her a laughted my a$$ off!! She then proceeded to tell me she didn't make the.prices it was corp.

She then begain getting very rude and smart with me.And then tried to tell me my hair wasnt healthy enought for bleach (I have virgin hair) Really that was it for me made a complaint threw the company and never heard a word back!!!!!! 38b64ab

45 for her TIME...isnt that her job...I understand the prices, they dont make them, but omg was she wanting a 45 dollar bonus. omg, that is crazee 8)

All salons charge depending on the amount of product it takes. The more hair a person has, the more product and time it takes. Even the beauty schools do this. One of the beauty schools where I live charges $32.00 for a full head of high lights, and $8.00 for each extra batch of color it takes. There again that would be determined by how much hair you have and how many colors you want.

So basically you laughed in the employee's face and then have the to nerve to complain about HER being rude? And she's right. Staff does not set prices. If you could not afford to receive services, why did you continue to ask her about bleaching your hair? YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT! My suggestion: try a beauty school where they often offer deep discounts on services so that the students can get experience.
