I was told when I called to make an appointment, that they worked by "walk in" only.So I went in early this morning..

8:55 am on Monday 2/11/2013, and signed in as required per their walk in policy. I waited almost 45 minutes until a man came in who obviously had a predetermined appointment, as another stylist came in at the same time and took him immediately... while I was still waiting. When I said something, I was told "I didn't see you waiting????".

I thought that was what the sign in was for??? Since this is a service industry, I would think that "I'm sorry, it won't happen again" would have been a better response instead of the "several" excuses I was given. As a result I was late for my other business, and did not have time for the services. BTW...

I went to walmart customer services to also try and make a complaint and was referred to an 800 number which apparently does not have "live representatives" available.

I'm currently on hold with them. 3888730

I'm sure WalMart itself doesn't have anything to do with the way Smart Style operates. The styling salon rents the space from WalMart.
