I booked for 12 sessions and paid £175, I had 4 left and could not make an appointment, I called the office but got no reply and no response from left messages, luckily I had the number of the therapist, oh she said they closed down on the 5th March, well thank you for letting me know, I want my money back for 4 sessions, how rude and unprofessional not to contact clients. Don't book with the this company, they cancel your appointments at short notice but you have to give them 24 hours notice, total rip off, please don't use them. 2f8c594

I worked for these guys, they are the *** of the earth as far as pheonix companies are concerned... I have a feeling something will boil over; they are screwing around with too many people, both customers and hard working employees who just want to do a good job. Please don't be angry at your consultants, they are also victims of the fraud!

all customers including myself and ripped off ex employees will need to get together, to do something about this... us customers in bradford have been done over by these guys, trading now as rapid inch loss clinic I think.

The customers need justice.
