Sears Appliance Repair - Terrible, horrible customer service with repair

On December 8 th our dry that wee bought from sears stopped working , we called and they came out that day. After an hour the repair man told us we no warrant and no extended warranty and we must have the wrong paperwork. He left because he couldn't do anything . My husband researched the model number on line and contacted sears and verified that we did have a warranty and an extended warranty on our dryer ?. The appt was then set for December 26/. I left work to be home for the appt and was told by the repair man that the control boards were out and had be ordered and the soonest they would arrive was Jan 7th:. I asked if they could special order them and he said they would get fired if they did that at this time of year;. H left , I called customer solutiions , they were able to get the parts sent out and the appt was set for jan 5th!. Still not great but they tried to help:.
On January 7 th the initial repair man showed up and said they ordered the wrong part and he couldn't fix it ,. They would order parts ,. I explained that we were leaving out of town the following morning and wouldn't be back till the 14th could he email me with an appt. he left .
On January 14th we returned to notes on our door and calls on our voicemail that we had missed our appts and would have to reschedule. We NeVER MADE ANY APPTS. I called on the 15th , they said the soonest they could come was the 26th, I got in touch a supervisor who arranged an appt that afternoon and stated mthey had an internal problem with the repairman . Sears repairman showed up that afternoon to tell me again he couldn't do anything and that the last repairman had broken the knob and taken the screws , so he couldn't even diagnose the problem. I explained that they had stated both control boards were faulty. He said he would special order and to call when I got them.
I got them today the 17th and called as I was instructed to do only to be told I would have to wait till the 26th. I called customer solutions , the woman I got was horrible . She told me she couldn't do anything and that they had no record of parts being ordered . Then she had me open the parts and verify the packing slip order numbers , I told her I couldn't find them and she said she had no control over the appointment s. when I explained that I had been helped on Monday she said I must be mistaken that is not possible .... She was short of calling me a liar .
W bought this dryer in June . Sears has been horrible !!!! I always have shopped there because I believed they took care of there customers ! If I ran my business this way the BBB would shut me down....
I have no resolution to my problem , just a continuance of trips to the laundry mat and with 5 kids that is not as simple as it seems ...
