3 A.M?.---my boiler is steaming and/or smoking, water on the floor, very scary/.I called and got a customer service person (nice girl named Jill, not her fault) and told her I needed to speak to a service tech to see if this is dangerous or can wait;.
I have a houseful of people and am scared". I was told that I had to schedule my emergency for later this morning because nobody will be at work until 8,. I just hope we are still all alive at 8'. How do you schedule an emergency?
Jill gave me the 877-827-8585 #, another nice person but this one said that the technicians had to have a life too and nobody worked through the night!.I have an ex who is an HVAC guy and if people from that company would not see about an emergency until it suited them later in the day, they would not have been in business/.Those Master Protection Agreements (and they are pricey, too) are pretty much useless unless a person is considerate enough to only have trouble when it is convenient for Sears. 2f68bbb
