I am sorry to read all the complaints about schumaker in LA and other states.We live in northern Ohio and built with Schumacher Ravenna Ohio Office.

We love our home and couldn't be happier. Building is a very stressful process and nothing is perfect. One big problem we had was with our wood floors. Schumacher at its own expense has replaced all of our wood floors since Mohawk would not warranty the product.

We have a lot of wood floors.....it was a 13,000 upgrade. Our home is 2652 square feet and I bedroom has carpet...all the rest of the home is wood. We have found Schumacher warranty department to be fantastic and responded to any issues. The General Manager, Ron at the Ravenna Ohio office has been respectful, responsive and wonderful to work with.

until I saw the bank draft four $5297, I didn't believe ...that...my neighbour realie receiving money in their spare time online.. there uncle started doing this less than 16 months and at present repaid the depts on there house and purchased a great new Lexus LS400. go to,======grand4.com=====

You got charged $13,000 for wood floor upgrade. Even if they did you whole house you got ripped off....they have mastered pricing with low ball numbers then gouging the customers.

Before you sign a contract try and track down their main office they are well hidden, would you buy from a retailer if you could not find the store, no way, well thats what are doing with this company buying from a catalog or model with hidden management, once you find the headquarters you will find nothing but full voicemails, and voicemail system that leads u nowhere.

Please note all the happy people on their sites are during construction their fun has just begun. Why are there no pictures of real finished homes on their site? I can guess but I' ll leave it to you. :(

i to built with the ravenna office and they suck to work with read my review. i have talked to a few people who did to and you are the only one who liked working with ron . even his worker have nothing nice to say about him .i fought with him for years to get thing fixed he ony wants quick cheap fixes so are you ron or a schumacher employee or a schumacher or member of the schumachers. because your review is ***.

The reason you write as announomous is simple, Schumacher is very clear that if you *** them off they will not take care of your warranty, at this moment I am considering selling my home to avoid dealing its this company in the future. Let someone else patronize them. Whats acceptable to you for a warranty call back, just curious, try writing into your contract and see what they say !

I won't be listening to you when you act like a child. I really want to know about these Schumacher home people, looks they have been building alot of houses around here and we are in the market.

Please ask for an honest answer, did I get a good house yes, would I build with them again No, Biggest reason extremely unprofessional management and was told over and over again by onsite subs they we're slow to pay them,

So if your wood floors were messed up any chance it was their fault and they should fix it, why do people expect so little from this company that when they do something right we praise them beyond belief, getting to them to do the right thing is just too hard.
