Saxon Mortgage - SAXON MTG - 6months still waiting for modification

In May 2010 I applied to Saxon for a loan mod, due to underemployment, they have played me long enough I am asked for this asked for that all of which I supply in a timely manner then nothing, when I complain, I am asked for the same info all over again, they refuse to action my file, why because no matter what I have gone without electric, health insurance, car insurance, food but I have made the payment, I have taken loans on my car title, I owe payday loans, but as long as I pay them they will do nothing, if I loose my credit I loose my business which is what is paying them now, how can I get some help, I never speak to the same person twice, most of them have no idea what I am even talking about, supervisors are even more ***. HELP They deserve to be prosecuted, the mod process is not this difficult, they just want to claim as much interest from me as they can before sending me to the forclosure world, its criminal.

If you or anyone you know has their Saxon loan being serviced through Green River in the area of NJ please contact me. There is a pilot program were the REO Brokers who are contracted by Green River act as a liaison for the borrower collecting any and all relevant documentation for submission to an assigned asset manager. The options offered to the homeowner are reinstatement, forbearance, modification, deed in lieu, or a pre approved sale. These options are all subject to approval, but you will be dealing with the same people directly. Feel free to contact me for more info and eligibility. saxon had me waiting for 14 months, all the while I was paying a reduce price, not reduced enough, however after 14 months we did not qualify for the modification and we were hit with late fees and back payments all due within 30 days. within months we were served foreclosure papers, and we had to file chapter 13 to save our home. But when the courts send saxton the papers, they were returned saying moved and left no contact address. Its been a costly headache for us and it is not over yet.

THERE IS A UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT THAT THEY MUST GIVE YOU. THEN THIS IS IN WITH THE OBAMA HOMESTIMULIS PACKAGE. WHEN THE PRES BAILED OUT WALLSTREET THE BANKS WERE TOLD TO DO A 31 DTI AND A 2% LOAN FOR 5 YEARS THEN 1% EVERY YEAR TILL IT CAPS.THEY HAVENT DONE ANY THAT I HAV SEEN OR HEARD OF. WHAT GOOD IS A PRES IF THE MORTAGE CO DONT DO WHAT THEY AR TOLD TO DO. OR A PRES THAT WONT HOLD TO HIS OWN LAWS.

IF YOUR MORTAGE WAS A MERS THEN YOU REALLY CANT BE FORCLOSED ON LOOK AT MERS SCANDLE.COM YOU AND ALL WILL SEE. ITS TIME TO TAKE A STAND. OCWEN LOST 2 3MIL CASES IN TEXAS THE EX EMPLOEES TOLD ALL.

Saxon is a company that expresses a wonderful written Mission Statement,their letters are never signed but communicate a response to the issue being addressed.

Saxon never fulfills their commitments, they overcharge, and create charges, they alter documents and lie about initial agreements.

Saxon should be reprimanded for what they are doing to people (long before the economical challenges.

Please count me in on the LAWSUIT.

Yes there is something that you can do. I have done it and fighting back. If you would like to learn how to fight the fraud the may have committed in your mortgage documents, please go to endlessfrauddetection.com and see what they have to offer. They can have your results of the audit in less than 30 days and if there is fraud in the original docs you could have a good case. If you like what you see contact steve@endlessfrauddetection.com I have audits from them and the SEC pool audit is so damning my attorney says it's a slam dunk.
Oh an if you have already been foreclosed upon they can go back 3years and audit those as well. Then you may be able to sue for treble damages because you suffered a loss because of fraud.

Boy after reading for hours on my mortgage company and what they have done to hundreds/ thousands of people. it sure makes me feel there is really no hope to save our homes.. the same story over and over hits home with me- " they can't find my papers, I got them in to late, the papers were sent to the wrong dept. and they never forward them--on and on and on.. till now they say I don't quailfy for anything and gave me a sale date... How can a company in the United State of America get away with such ***??? Is there any saving grace out there??? :cry
How many people will get scammed by this Saxon before someone jumps in to help?

Just my luck I get stuck with a mortgage company that doesnt live up to its mission statement. The first time I am late with a payment in over 10years and I get a quacked up company. As my mtg had been sold 3 times this year, I am left wondering if I myself can find a new company to buy my mortgage? I sure do not want to go through the troubles of everyone here, but it is getting harder and harder to pay my mtg on time. Is the govt doing anything about this company? Is there anyone out there that knows what "WE" can do?
