I have a 2005 Nissan altima financed through this company!!!I hate it!

I have had it for a year and 5 months. My balance has only went down $1,000!! If I keep this car for the 6 years I was financed for, it'll be a total of $30,000!!!# It is ridiculous! I have told them to come get the car!

They still haven't came and got it yet and they still call me everyday, 5 times a day! It's crazy! I tell them every time that I have told them to come get it and the representative act as though they don't see the "note" on the account. Then they ask for me to hold, then they respond with, "Oh!

I see it! We will update your account." Guess what?!! They call back the next day with the same thing! I'm tired of the calling, quit calling and come get the car!
