I was told my late payment was January 2011 and I would get title in the mail.Then I got a call that there was a mistake I owed 12 more months and here i'am a year later and the same thing.

I'am being charged extreme finance charges when I'am not late. this matter has me in physical state of mental and dire stress. I have al my payments on record and I do not owe 9900. since 2006.

I have made my payments before the due date and still charged a late fee.
