I've been shopping at my local Safeway in Butte, MT for years.I always request rain-checks when an item I want is out of stock.
When they ask me how many I want I always say fifty or a hundred. So when I requested fifty bags of Purina One Cat Food they said we can't give you that much. So why on earth did they patronize me by asking how much I would like? The manager told me I can get a total of six bags.
I understand this is from Corprate Headcourters.
So I guess Safeway wants you to save money but certainly not much of it!!!I still shop there but when I get rain-checks I bite my tongue when asked how many I wish to buy. 38b52dc
