Bought PCcleaner; they went into my computer while I watched.
Looked at normal errors from recently reinstalling Windows 7 and said they cleaned up the virus's but wanted $255 more so " certified" technicians could repair the damage????Told them that I wanted my money back and to get out of my system.

Now about a year later, they have illegally (without my authorization) charged me another $30 on my bank card, but call themselves "Safecart.com" instead of PCcleaner!!!

Next stop is the BBB, the FBI, and then .PLEASE warn people about PCcleaner and Safecart.com. 3103655
