My experience with the building of my Ryan Home has been a great one; all people on this side of their business are very accommodating and knowledgeable.They have gone out of their way to make sure that I, the customer, is satisfied and pleased.

On the other hand, that is not the case with NVR Mortgage. Every issue that I have had with the mortgage process was on their side, and three days before my closing I was notified via EMAIL that I needed to call to get my closing scheduled for another date because the original date was on a bank holiday. NVR Mortgage is not professional and not customer service oriented.

Do not use them if you are purchasing a Ryan Home.Find your own mortgage company that wants your business. 3051723
