On December 31, 2012 I placed an order with Rub Rocks DESPITE the horrible reviews of this company after reading that they had recently undergone a management change.I thought things had probably turned around.

I'll be honest, their low prices made me want to believe!. Well, I am sorely disappointed'. After hearing nothing from them about my shipment (except that they had processed my invoice) I called them;. It took them 3 stinking days to return my call".

At this time I was told that there had been an error with processing my order and that the warehouse was processing it now and that I would have my order within 3-4 business days via UPS.. Well here it is 10 days later and not only do I NOT have my shipment, they won't answer the phone or return a call either.. I hope at this point to get my money back and wash my hands of this company altogether.. I am a very small business and I had to work very hard for the $141 that they TOOK from me/.
