Ive been a buyer of Peanut butter crackers for thirty plus years,Ive tried other brands and just dont touch your product,but the last 4-6 packs of peanut butter crackers Ive gotten have been smashed maybe getting a few,Im in a hurry and grab them from the shelf,the other brands dont have this problem,this is not way the you folks want to put your product out there i hope ..i know its not a lot ,but to me it is.my favorite is your product but cant keep get taken like that.Cumberland farms .Templeton mass.such a small complaint to you folks but I work and and min..pay please help me so i can come back to your great product of many years... 2f8f94f

More than likely it doesn't happen in production. It could happen in route to the destination or even in the stock room of the store, with the boxes being dropped while being unloaded from the truck and being stacked. Accidents happen.
