Pharmacist extremely rude yelling at me telling me my insurance didn't cover my medication not only that but didn't update my personally info like she is suppose to as a new customer I just don't understand why she felt like she needed to yell when I wasn't even yelling at her ! She must be a loser she is lucky it was me and not someone else I can't imagine how she talks to old ppl I would feel sorry if it were my grandmother who was being yelled and this is a common occurrence at rite aid are they suppose to be on anger meds ? 2f299e3

the rite aide is from State College, Pennsylvania and sandy is from Wilmington, North Carolina :eek I m Not rite aide employee but I have to say something when someone is bullshiting

Come off it, just because a person speaks loudly doesn't mean the are yelling. If this lady did happen to be yelling at you, could it be because of your attitude or something that you had done? Nobody is perfect all of the time.

Sorry, but the customer who is complaining about this particular pharmacist at Rite Aid, Long Leaf, is exactly right!! I live very close by, so have always used this drug store & pharmacy, but after the 5th time the pharmacist there (she is the Head pharmacist at this store) was extremely rude to me, I'm taking my business elsewhere. She's just ALWAYS in a foul mood, and is very ill tempered with everyone. The rest of the pharmacy staff are great - helpful, polite & friendly - but they too clam up when she's near by. Guess she's probably screamed at them too. She's obviously a very unhappy person, or hates her job, but either way, this should not be passed on to the customers!! The cashier at the front of the store even told a lady in front of me to "be careful" when she was heading back to the pharmacy. The woman asked her why, and the cashier said, "our head pharmacist bites!" She's really not a people person!
