I have a big time issue with ReputationDefender.com.This is the worst company I have ever worked with.
Reputation Defender is condescending, disrespectful, and they do not know how to do SEO work! simply as that. They make you promises and talk the big talk but, do not follow through and NOT ONE PROMISE is kept. Unfortunately you've already lost thousands of dollars by then, trusting all the hog wash and excuses.
We have lost money with ReputationDefender, and NO, they don't have a money back guarantee.Reputation Defender is in this only for the money they don't care about the client 3080312

That means: lots of emails, phone calls, faxes, back-and-forthing....To make a long story short, YOU have to wrestle all those information-distributing companies YOURSELF AND ON YOUR OWN.

If you had a bad experience with Auto Repair Mechanic would you give up forever getting your car fixed, try to fix it yourself, or buy a new car every time something went wrong with your engine? Of course not! Next time you would just try to minimize risk and make a more informed decision before you paid for services. You would ask for referrals, ask a friend....you do something so the next time you feel secure in your purchase.
This is the same with Online Marketing. Talk with someone you feel like you can trust, and someone that isn't going to rush you, but instead help guide you and provide you with information. Always follow this very important steps:
1. Always be weary of anyone who won't put what they are claiming they will do into writing and a formal proposal.
2. Someone that won't give you the physical address of the company. And always check the address because some are claiming to have a US address and really they don't and are located outside the US.
3. Never do business with someone who doesn't accept CREDIT CARDS! Stay away from anyone who only will take paypal or check. They way I run my business is I encourage people to pay by credit card, that way if I didn't do the work stated I would do in my written proposal, you... Show more
