First, I just want to say that I have never EVER voiced my opinion like this before, but the service I received was so disgraceful that I couldn't keep quite.I was referred to this stylist (Julie) by another client of hers.

This friend of mine also referred another girl. I asked for a cut and color. I ended up getting the cut and color she wanted to do plus a ear full of how horrible her salon is. Her manager is a ***, the other stylist that I was referred to was about to get fired because of this and that and this and that, a previous thieving employee, omg my ears was burning when I left.

I felt raped from my time and money. I choose never to go there again. 2nd time shame on me.... I stopped by to get a refil on my shampoo.

Harmless right? NOPE!!! I was stranded at the front desk while the manager was rudely forced away from me to go outside with a man whom I am assuming is another boss!. I asked for help by a girl who was juggling her client, the desk, the phone, and the managers clients crying kid'.

I expressed my anger to her about the lack of customer service/. Leaving the salon I felt sorry for her, that she had/. To deal with my wrath and not get the monetary allowance that the manager would?. But was reminded of the weak service when I left the mall and past the "bosses" *** talking about a employee,.


My purpose to this is the hope that the stylist that was so rudely spoken of sees this and runs for the hills;.

I heard that she's a great stylist and a lovely person!.I will never return and the person that referred me will not either 30a1c63
