I was in regis and went to use the bathroom and there was cocaine in there.The employees dress so freely and dont care how they look.

That place needs to be shut down. Do Not go to regis at the montgomery mall. There has been multiple drug incidents in there. The crazy thing is the manager knew there was drugs beeing used at work and didnt care.

While i was getting my haircut I overheard the employees talking about customers and putting them down.Its not regis thats bad its some stores have poor managment and could care less about their store. 2f5fc8a

You seem to know an awful lot about drugs---I wonder why. How do you know what you saw in the bathroom was cocaine and how do you know drugs are being used onsite? Aren't you aware that employers can't tell their employees how to dress, other than if there is a specific uniform required. I have noticed the poor way that hairstylists dress when I walk past various salons, their hair also leaves a lot to be desired, but it isn't any of my business, they are dressing the way young people do now. As far as you eavesdropping on employee's conversations, don't you know that is impolite? You also can't be sure of exactly what they were saying.

Im a hairdresser and i can tell you it is part of the job to look good. If you look like garbage all the time who would want to use your professional opinion to manage the look they desire? you dont have to be a drug user to identify certain drugs, and a line of cocain is easy to spot. if youve ever seen a mob movie you know that. Also i dont think it is impolite that she overheard the conversation, that is completly rude, unacceptable, and unprofessional of the stylists to behave that way. people pay alot of money to have their hair done, they have the right to be picky about the kind of conversations that are being carried on around them. Lewd conversation is not something that should be accepted by the public from your stylist. if they were obviously talking rashly about another client she has every right to be upset.
