receptionist is no where to be found to check me out.this happens every time i visit.shes in the back talking to her friends and getting her hair done.i request a hairstylist and she tells me they are not working.

so, i get a different stylist. then later i look over and my stylist is there doing nothing but sitting down reading a book.i think its bad for business to run a salon like that. hopefully, something is done about this situation before it gets out of hand . i just want good service.
