I RETURNED A VIDEO AND WAS CHARGED FOR NOT RETURNING IT , I WAS OFFERED $10:00 OF MY BACK !!I was charged $24:00...NEED TO SAY I WILL NOT BE USING REDBOX AGAIN!!!!!!

WHAT A RACKET. AFTER LEARNING I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THIS HAS HAPPEN TO I AM EVEN MORE PISSED TO LEARN THAT THIS CONTINUES TO HAPPE TO OTHER PEOPLE. I REARLY USE MY DEBIT CARE IN A MACHINE FOR THIS REASON!!! RED BOX NEEDS TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!
