RCI Cruiser - Poor customer service and false advertising

I was told that the promotion had access to over 700 resorts and that with the cruise certificate I could book two adjoining cabins depending on the season for 0 cost.In actually looking at the availability, the additional costs are more than I would pay through a regular travel agent.
When I called to cancel I was told that I had 10 days from receiving the package but I would have to speak to the agent first.
I got the voice mail and now have been on hold for over 20 minutes without a call pickup in sight.Definitely a scam! 388be78

The RCI® Cruise & Resort Vacations packages made available through RCI Cruise vary. RCI subscribing members may choose from among several package types and prices. These packages offer fantastic savings and are designed for people who would like the option of an open itinerary and plan to cruise and take a land vacation within the next year or so. The standard package includes such options as a 7-day cruise for two in an inside cabin with cabin upgrades available when chosen, and a certificate for a 7-night resort stay. The premium package includes additional options such as a choice between two standard cruises or one luxury cruise, also with a land package included.
