Sales rep was responsive to calls on a weekend day off. Installers came off a previous challenging install by digging into bedrock and still had the courtesy and professionalism to do the job right when they installed my system. Bob M, Castle Rock , Colorado

I have had the RainSoft Water Filter for many years in my home and have used the same distributor all that time. My service man suggested I needed to upgrade to a new water filter system and because I trusted him. I bought the new product.
