At checkout at end of December 2012 they asked if I wanted a $10 coupon for very $50 I spent.I said yes and they took my email address.

Never received the three $10 coupons (I spent $150 that day). Went online and filled out a form after three weeks to request my coupons. Never heard back from the online form submission. Called the 800 number on my purchase receipt about the $10 coupons.

Recorded message told be to apply online.RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!!RUN AROUND!! 304eb93

i have the same situation. was promised $40 in coupons. waited patiently until after the holiday. returned to the store and was told lots of unhappy people with this promotion. told to call regional office, then told to email Tx office, then finally told that I missed the window to claim what they promised to send me in the first place. total run around. lost a long term customer over $40. sad

You probably forgot the email address you gave them. I got my coupons within a day. You probably didn't even wait the full "buffer time." Next time, listen and evaluate yourself before getting yourself labeled as a "pissed customer."

Who are you? The principal of an elementary school? My mom? Sunday school teacher? Radio Shack manager? I am not in even in the lost $10 situation but I find it curious how haughty you are. So you people make mistake and you sit in judgement? You probably didn't even wait to pass judgement. Get a heart man. More people like you and our world will be more of a mess. People make mistakes. They forget email addresses. They do not wait buffer times (whatever you mean by that), they do not listen. Might be time for someone else to evaluate him/herself.

I'm guessing someone entered your email wrong. other than that, no other issue comes to mind. I'd get in touch with home office and see what they can do for you. 8)
