QUICKEN has been a nightmare to work with.Stay away from them.

They have incompetent underwriters and staff, They harrass you for information to come across as smart people. I have been working on my refi for 2 months and it never ends. I upload information and 5 weeks later they ask for the information once again. They ask for personal information that does not affect your credit.

I think in the end I will never get a loan from them and all that will happen is that they will keep my $500 application fee.Go anywhere for a mortgage but QUICKEN. 30e936c

You are an absolute ***. Try getting your mortgage from another lender. I have tried and their process was way worse! Wells Fargo has the slowest process and no one can answer my questions there. Quicken Loans has been the best mortgage company to work with by far!

You are dealing with a bunch of kids reading from a pre programmed script.. They have no idea of what they are doing and are onlyinterested in getting your $500. Good luck with this bunch of incompetants.
