I purchased a puronics system at the end of November 2013 for $5450.00.My first problem is that the DID NOT tell me of all the EXPENSIVE costs it was going to cost me to maintain this system.
His presentation lasted nearly 2 1/2 hours (long enough time to let me know this pertinent information) In January I was online looking at the system and found out about the continued fees so I called Clear System of Georgia, Inc. and told them that I was unhappy with the system, and made a purchase without all the facts. I asked them to please come and remove the system but they said that would not be possible!!!!!!!!! So I asked him, "Are you telling me that I have to keep your system even though I bought it via a blind sale and the fact that I don't want it, I MUST keep it, whether I want it or not"?
And he said yes that's what I'm saying. I will say that he offered me a disount on the filters but why should I continue purchasing filters for the life of this system when in the first place I didn't even know the system needed them? And the second problem is since I've had this system my electric bill has doubled!
