first of I have been at public storage since 2010 I had no problems with them untill now that they have this so called new property manager. work 2 jobs so i don't all ways make it in time to pay but I all was pay any fees or what ever so my my store was over a month last month I went down ther to the office readdy to pay it in full but the manager acted like an *** and befor I could explain that I was making a 2 diffrent kinds of payment she stoped me and told me it was not going to be enough ok so befor I was to make a payment in cash and on my card but since I only got a chance to to explain one part I didn't have . now to day I go in ther at 5:50 the are open I go in side she tells me there open but she cant accept any cash because she has counted her drawer what kind of *** is this I find it funny that she said she could not accept any cash after I pulled money out of my poket these people are *** and im done with this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 312cd58
