Took my move in date on the 17th to the 1st and now has me paying for an extra half a month .... they are schemers .

I've been a customer with three years and they have steadily raised my rent $12 more than I originally signed for .I've always paid on time except for this with-in a *** 6 month period .

$20 dollar late fee ? That's insane and incredibly *** . I will never use them again . I encourage all not to rent from a storage complex that will take advantage of their customers .

Don't give to bad things . An unwillingness to help their customers ? Making examples out of them ? Who do these people think they are ?

One of the many things we feel is not helping such a situation is that someone would call others names without knowing the circumstances. Many times a check is lost in the mail, a credit card payment is misapplied, or even a problem in the local office. We know of one time where a payment was put through the mail slot and was covered up by a person putting a rug over the top of the check. We believe that the question is who received the most injury? What would have been the problem of removing a insigificant charge in order to keep a long term customer?
