Provident Funding - WON'T HELP WITH MORTGAGES

I have tried to get them to do a loan mod, or refi, anything to help.They refuse.They told me they are not a bank and don't have to.

My father died and the house is still in his name and they will not let me short sale it or refi either.I am executor of the trust. I lost the renters I had in there for a while. I can't pay my loan and can not pay my fathers loan too !

They have connected my personal loan and my fathers.I have called this Jason and left messages and no one calls back. 3019a38

Has to go through probate first. Has a judge finalized the estate? You can't legally do anything with the property until the estate is settled. Did your father leave a will?
