Is PO ethical?No!
A closed non-profit 501c3 childrenâ€™s charitable organization (a 16-year customer) has continued to be billed on a cancelled contract. PO was notified in writing via USPS prior to the end of the contract and received payments through the contract end date. Regardless, PO renewed the contract and continued billing. Harassing calls (4 per day) are being made by PO reps (with no authorization to reverse charges or close the account) seeking payment!
We are currently seeking guidance from our State Representatives and Attorney General.
Solution?Reverse charges or write it off as a charitable contribution. 30baf94
