I bought the proaqua and within six months the plastic tab that keeps the hose and power head standing up broke off.I called the company in Syracuse and they told me I had to pay for the labor.I refused and by the time we got done the little dweeb told me I could stick the cleaner up my f......***.Hows that for professionalism.?

I had a rainbow cleaner that lasted me 15 years and no problem.It was only about$1200 brand new and this piece of junk is $2500.Also The casing around the electric wire that runs up the side of the pipe attached to the power head is broken where the screws hold it and the cover over the wire slides up and down!.Their only office is an hour away/.I cannot afford to drive that far to fix a piece of junk that is just going to break somewhere else..I don't feel it has the best suction through the power head ..I have cleaned houses for years and I have used many different cleaners:.I think the dyson is my favorite..As for being an air cleaner that is such bs ;.They really need to examine that a little closer!.One big pain in the neck is getting rid of the dirt and water in the container when you are finished. 38966b7
