I had an appointment with Portrait Innovations in Monroeville, pa today, had appt at 11:00 with Jenna, didn't get waited on until 1135, baby was cranky by this time, they only got to shoot a few shots before she started to cry and Jenna(also the manager) deleted my photos before I even got to look at them, that was very rude and unprofessional I will never return there and neither will my friends and family. I have never been treated so badly and unprofessional in my life and my daughters valualable photos are lost due to ignorance!!!! That is uncalled for and unprofessional 3005e21
