Stay away. Terrible customer support. They will not work with you, will not refinance. All I can say was it was much better before they bough my account from national city. I can't even figur how muc I have lost in fees. If I fall behind they agree to a repayment plan, but then fail to accept it and send they check back to you. Then they demand the full amount....
