Plastic Jungle gift card buying and selling is a great idea but the PJ web site processing and subsequent customer service has to be among the worst on the web.I was able to purchase and use one card with no problems.

Wohoo! Every time I tried to buy OR sell a card after that failed with "Cancelled transaction" errors while trying to place the order and followup "oops" emails that "something" must have gone wrong. The web site asks you to call if there is a problem. Go ahead and check it out...there is no phone number anywhere on the site.

When you email PJ it takes two days for a response and then it's either "you tried too many orders" OR "your credit card was denied"!. Wow, I wonder why someone would try multiple times'. Maybe they were trying to get a transaction to work! It doesn't matter how many totally credit worthy cards you try to use or if you try one order or 10|.

The answers from customer service are always the same;. I did get one answer that stated I tried too many orders at once so they reset my account and I should be able to order,. I waited two week and tried ONE order - guess what - Cancelled!

I switched to CARDPOOL'.com and they are working just fine..PLASTICJUNGLE".com is a joke. 3083edf
