Placed order at 6:05 said it would be ready at 6:30.Went to pick it up and had to wait 15 min.

They had 7 people on duty and they were so behind. People coming in to pick up orders were getting upset because they had to wait. Some orders were given to the wrong people. They need some good management at this store.

I'm not pissed just need to let someone know.Just need to get someone to manage the store like it should be.

They need older personal at this store.Someone with more responsibility and is more management than a friend. 30953f0

Ordered at 3:56. Was supposed to be ready at 4:14. Arrived at 4:15. Very small handful of customers in the place. Was told my order was next up. Got my order at 4:35. It was cold and under-cooked. Also watched two employees walk between making pizza with their bare hands and handling money with the same. Should have used my better instincts and walked out with my money at 4:25!

So how old was the manager? Did you ask her/his age? Just because a person is older doesn't mean they will be a better manager. As for the delay, you don't know exactly what caused it, all you know is what you saw when you went in.
