I was approached by this guy in Lynnhaven Mall, in Virginia Beach, VA on Lynnhaven Parkway. He was selling these little devices that makes these electric shocks. Well I was never told there was no . Isacc stated to me that if you don't like the product you may return product for 100% money back. Well after doing an investigation and reviews on it, I wanted to return the product. Well I first call Isacc on his phone that he provided me, which was disconnected. So I located the store phone number, the man who answered the phone said Isacc was no longer working there. Well it sounded like Isacc himself. Then we told them we don't want the product and we are returning it. Well then the guy said he didn't understand english. He then hung up on me. So I had someone else call in and they hung up on them too. This company which is based in Orlando, FL is nothing but a SCAM. I was able to call the owner and he didn't like getting bothered on his cell phone. Isacc also told me if for any reason the product fails at anytime we can exchange it either at that or any other store. Well that was . I investigated this company and found out you have to send product in, with $19!.95 so they can ship replacement back to you". If you don't at the 60 day point they will trash the unit:. None of this was disclosed at all:. The address for this location is:

guess what! they are here in the Hawaiian Islands! initial thought on the Pinook Mini Massager PT11 was kinda cool. Woman quoted me $180. for just the unit with two sets of pads with no slipper massager or ear clips. Well, I wasn't about to spend $180. so she brought it down to $150. stating that she would "throw-in" an extra set of pads. Brought home and read the user's manual but found NO extra pads! RIP-OFF!! Then, as I kept reading, I found that this Pinook Mini Massager PT11 is stated for strengthening ab muscles! Nor did the guide mention any info on the functions so I went online to investigate and found this gripe session. Well, I haven't yet given it a full go yet but for the price I paid I think I should have gotten the slippers as well as the ear clips! :? :(

My 17 yr old son went to the mall to buy me a mothers day gift and somehow got conned into buying me this"tens unit", as a massage unit. Why on earth would I want a tens unit?? These 2 Arab guys convince my son that this is the greatest gift ever and tell him he can upgrade our return it if not satisfied. So the next morning I go to return it, as I have no need or desire for a tens unit, and quite frankly can get one for $20 if I needed. Of course they are not helpful and pull out the no refunds card. Now I'm stuck with this $110 tens unit, which I'll never use. I would have much rather my son NOT gone to the mall where these scam artists are, and just given me a gift card to ANYWHERE but i-massage!!!

Got it in a mall and it works great for me. Takes time to figure the modes out and to learn how to place it on your body in the right way but worth every penny. Theres always people that just wanna complain about something. The fact is this product is great and if it helped someone reduce or even kill the painits pricless. So stop whinning. You pay overprice for everything in your life. Even the supermarket.

Here is my gripe - the user guide is terrible!! I cannot even figure out which little picture on the device corresponds to which mode!!!

How am I supposed to use it when there are NO instructions for which icon to select for which type of massage.

The stimulation seems intense enough but I have NO CLUE how to use it.

If you call then up they have no clue, all they say it that it is great and people love it, but they don't seem to know either.

When I bought I was told there was an "extensive" user manual online, but it is barely one page. It lists the modes but does not explain which picture corresponds to which mode.

If anyone knows and would post that I would great appreciate it!!!

I think the ears represent use with the ear clips and the cups represent cupping massage, but other than that I am lost.

I bought mine last summer and also came across this while looking for new pads. I love my unit and think it's worth every penny....my opinion is that when you are suffering and you find something that works, who cares if it cost a few hundred bucks...well worth it.

I have one which I also bought at a mall. I honestly love it and wouldn't trade it for the world. It's helps out so much for my lower back pain. I was actually looking for new pads when I seen this site.

this IS a scam... you can tell by the way they sell u the item and lower their prices for 'just being you' i which a bunch of ppl with the product got together to sue and teach these dirt bags not to play with consumers. all positive comments have bad medical examples that make me believe came from the company itself,

This was a christmas present and has significantly reduced severe chronic pain in my hip and back. I think it's important to buy this from a reputable place and pay a bit extra as I hear there's a lot of bad knock offs.

Bought the product at Florida Mall in Orlando! It doesn't work and is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my Dad!!! I do believe it's a SCAM!!! I got ripped off by $150.00!
Another thing, once you choose from the range of products with different features, you don't really know if that chosen product is what's pulled out of the draw i.e. what you're actually getting! I watched the guy (post-purchase) for a bit (just got a feeling I didn't trust him) trying to entice others to buy - very sneaky and unprofessional demeanor! SCAM!!!

:) :) :) :) This chopped my chiro bill in half. I paid 70$ for my massager. It works great, decreases sciatic pain, and helps work my stroked out right side. When I left the hospital, the docs said I would be doing well to regain 50% of function. 2 fingers and 2 toes are all that are still numb. My sciatic is from an L5/S1 discectomy. I still go to the chiro, but only when it flares up. This little machine has saved me over a grand in chiro bills.

Another disappointed person...I bought mine last weekend, impulse. My muscles ache more than ever so I pulled the bag and receipt out to take it back only to find that AFTER the ticket was written and debit transaction was run, she stamped the ticket with the "no refunds, exchange only". So tell me this, if I don't like the product WHAT GOOD DOES AN EXCHANGE DO? If you like electric shock therapy, buy one. I'll sell you mine!
I paid $226.50 for the system and accessories! Boy was that ever a mistake! Purchased at Northgate Mall, Seattle, WA

I recently bought mine too at Northgate Mall in Seattle. I tried it out first at the mall and found it to do it exactly what the gal said it would do.. or at least what I would expect a TENS unit to do. It works great for me and my wife. The only issue I have is the lack of documentation on how to actually use the device, what do all the images mean in the honeycomb display. I just have to play around with it until I figure it out. These types of TENS units are not cheap so I feel I got a good deal.

This is an excellent massage. It was amazing how well this little product works. It looks like an MP3 player but when hooked up to the body it feels like someone is giving a massage. I gave my girlfriend one and she absolutely loves it!

Ok, so this guy invest his time in denigrating this company's name, and all I can see is that everyone loves this product. They're just some kind of people who love to buy things, use them and do refund and feel they played it. I absolutely love my machine, the chiropractor charged me $30 for every visit, and after my car accident, i needed 30 therapies, that's $900 plus the time i spent, and really they put tense machine for 20 minutes plus hot and cold pads. I feel excellent, I use it for my migraine, when i feel stressed out, i take it everywhere. And I bought for my mom, dad and sister. This for us is just as necessary as our phone, it is always with me. I bought it in Puerto Rico in a trip for $600 for 4 mini massagers with shoes. :grin :grin :grin :grin

Why don't you go back to Puerto Rico. Don't post comments if you can't use proper English grammar. This product is Horrible and the company is a SCAM !!!!!
