A week ago from the date 2/22/13 I had made an online to take pictures for my son's first birthday at 5:00pm, and it processed through and gave me the !.Well we go in and are there at 5:00pm and I receive a reminder email as well, and I tell the lady working there I have an appointment and she goes about saying she doesn't have me in the computer".

Well I told her about the and the email, she says that well she can't do anything about that because we are not in the computer:. So we are not happy at all and she already has people there for a 5:00pm and she says that she has a 5:45pm appointment and we could come in then and if they do not show she can get us in or she can get us in after them and so we go ahead and wait:. We come back around 5:45pm and the other appointment was there so we walk around walmart and wait for another hour and we go back sit and wait for the people to get done and another half hour goes by and they are still not done so we just leave". We are fed up with that completely and will never go back again the lady was rude and decided earlier on to be smart and rude and say well I can show you my schedule and show that you are not on it so that was unacceptable and the fact that we wait for two an a half hours and still did not get the pictures taken;.

Also we had tried to call the 1-888 number and waited on the phone for almost an hour and still no answer".
