Picture Me Portrait Studio - Studio closed and I paid for all my pictures and haven't got them!!

Studio closed I bought the biggest package that they had for my 6 month old.They were late coming in and thank I called my pictures would of been sent who knows where and wouldn't of got any.

I got some the last day they were open but didn't get the 10x13 framed pictured that were very expensive and a photo album as well. I've been calling for a and no answer. I need and want what I paid for..

If someone could please reply from this business I would appreciate it.I don't know how else to get my pictures 310a4a7

Check with the neighboring Sears Portrait studio or the closest picture me..... when studios have been closing, the neighboring studio holds their products (yes Sears is the same exact company just a different brand name and all associates and managers are cross trained)..... so try calling them and checking to see if they have your items or know who does.... good luck!

Go onto the website and find the customer service section and call. However, with the company getting ready to most likely go under, you may be on hold for a while as only 50 people work at the office anymore. Or, call another studio in the same area, get the number of the district manager or even the regional director and keep calling.
