Picture Me Portrait Studio - Poor Service and still waiting for my 16x20!

 

The was rude not just by one but, all employee's.The toy that they somewhat tried to use was dirty!

The family got the baby to smile and thought of poses not the person taken the pic she just snapped shots! This was done Dec. 26,12 pickup was Jan. 9th it is now Feb.

3 and I'm still waiting for my 16x20! When they called to say they was ready they didn't say new hours so we made a 20 mile trip for nothing not once but 3x now. . Went back after 16x20 yet again and the girl couldn't find it they called 2 days before!

We went shopping while she looked and when we went back to retrieve the picture, The lady disappeared we waited even longer for her not to show it wasn't she just got started! I still to this day don't have my picture. The store was a , toy dirty and not appealing to the person before me or my grand baby employees was rude and lazy, had to make several trips and still have no 16x20! What the heck.

Do you all want Customers or not!

So unhappy allot of time and money waisted.When am I gonna get my Picture? 31248f9

Not true when ever a prop is dirty or a blanket you take it home and wash it. I wash my all the time I don't care if they pay me or not for it.I would not put my baby on that dirty blanket and I would not want my customer to either.They will not come back and now you lost a customer. We are here to run a business and customer service is a BIG part of it. Has far as dirty toys you don't let the kids play with them they are props keep them out of site and they stay clean.

Unfortunately, as previously stated, the employees are only allowed to wash/ clean props every so often. Not to mention, the company provides posing stools, a couple blankets and a teddy bear. Any other props come out of the managers pocket and are never refunded. However, there is no excuse for incompetent, lazy employees. Also, ex employee #2, 1-800-669-9699 is corporate. Good luck getting a hold of anyone now, there are only about fifty people left there.

LOST MY JOB AT PICTURE ME BECAUSE THEY SAY I DIDN'T CALL IN. i HAVE BEEN A VERY DEDICATED EMPLOYEE FOR 5 YEARS AND AM VERY TICKED OFF BECAUSE I COULDN'T REACH A DISTRICT MANAGER BECAUSE THEY HAD LAID OFF MY OLD DM AND THE ONE I HAD FOR 1 WEEK! NEITHER ANSWERED MY CALL TO SAY I COULDNT COME IN AND THE ONLY OTHER EMPLOYEE IN MY STORE COVERED FOR ME. NOT ONLY THAT THEY DIDN'T PAY ME FOR VACATION DAYS I TOOK JUST BEFORE THEY 'LET ME GO'. NO WONDER THE COMPANY IS IN SUCH BAD FINANCIAL TROUBLE. AS FOR CLEAN PROPS.... YOU WONT FIND THEM IN PICTURE ME! THE DON'T HAVE WASHING MACHINES AND THEY CUT FUNDING FOR MANAGERS TO TAKE THEM HOME TO WASH THEM.

I was laid off also, I was a manager or "acting manager" and was not paid for that. Now I don't know who to call about retro active pay and every number I google is either disconnected or I can't leave a message. I was granted my unemployment thank goodness it was before I found out that my DM also does not work for the company anymore now. I'm tired of this and i'm thinking about contacting a lawyer. :?

The photographers in the photo kiosks in any store are not trained photographers. A lot of them are barely 18 years old. If you want truly professional portraits you have to go to a regular photo student where they have trained photographers. I have never seen more than one person work in the Picture Me Portrait Studio in my WalMart. As far as the toy being dirty, what do you expect when who knows how many kids have played with it. You will find that at any photo place. The best bet would be to take your own props with.
