Picture Me Portrait Studio - I had pictures taken of my 2 grandaughters, both their first christmas portraits taken

I had my granddaughters first portraits made on Dec.15.

Went to pick them up on the 22 and she didnt have them. She said they would be there on monday. Monday came and still not in. Now its the Dec 31 and havent heard nothing I spent over 100 dollars on this package.

Im not a first time customer. This is my third package and I have spent more than 600 dollars on packages with them. I think if I ever get this package, it should be free.

Im so upset, think I might go find another photographer Whats if you have to wait till after christmas?UPSET AND MAD GRANDMOTHER IN NC 3151556

Grow the *** up grandma guess who delivers our pictures !! UPS maybe you should complain on their site as well last minute procrastinating scank! :(

Picture Me and Sears Portrait Studio will all be closing down for good in the next two weeks so you won't need worry about us at all. I wonder what vendor Walmart put in our place? I heard some that closed last year are now some sort of Smoothie place. Maybe can get hired making smoothies

To : Outgoing SM, I work for a Sears Portrait Studio here in FL and have not heard of any studio closure for the time being. I realize you are upset, however you should complain to the district manager, our corporate. *** here won't get your pictures back.
