Picture Me Portrait Studio - Had portraits Taken, paid at time, 2 months, still no pictures

My Daughter took my grandson in to the Picture Me studios inside Walmart on 411, Rome, Georgia.She had one set taken in early to mid November, and promptly received them on time.

So when those came in she had more taken for . They were supposed to be in November 30th. When we went to pick up the pictures, the lady in the studio, first told us, that she remembered seeing the name whilst she was going through all of those that had come in for another customer, after searching for them she could not find them, and then told us that the girl who originally took the photos did not do her job right, and forgot to order them, even though we were sitting right there watching her do so!. So she then told us that they should be in the next week".

When we arrived the next week to pick them up, they were not there again, at which time she preceded to tell us again how it was the other fault, and that she would re-order them, to come back in 2 weeks.. When we came back on the day she told us to return, that location was closed, and there was a sign that stated all were moved to the sears studio, across town:. We headed over there, and guess what? Still no portraits, we were told that the shipment should come in at a later time and that they would be ready on January 4th?.

Due to my daughters work schedule we were only able to go get them today on the 11th.. Surprise, still no portraits!!! She has already paid for them in advance at the time they were taken'.

I will not ever, ever, ever, have any portraits taken with them again, and I do intend on telling everyone I know not to do so either|.This has become beyond ridiculous!!!!! 30fc1d4

We,as employees, also had to deal with that. Basically, taking sessions and ordering photos that should have been in within a couple of weeks like usual, but that date past and we waited another week. Then another, and another. Meanwhile, we had absolutely no information as to anything that was going on, if these photos would ever come back, and constantly had to deal with upset customers (and rightly so) that needed their photos. Then, a couple days after Christmas, several studios recieved an email that they were no longer going to be open in just a few days, and the rest of us got one that our studio hours were going to be drastically cut. My studio went from open 7 days a week to being open 3. We've all been dealing with the nonsense, and are just as upset as you are.

To any who has purchased hard copies of photos go back cancel that hard copy spend the money for the cd you will get everything that photographed

Well one thing is for sure nobody will be getting pictures. Delivery of any pictures cancelled until further notice. You just lost your money customer. Bankruptcy is here finally.
